All honor and glory to God! Please charge it to my brain and not my heart, when I fail to send out a SOD. I can't honestly say that I have been trying harder to adopt good sleeping habits, but I know I need to work on that. Yesterday, I fell asleep before I even opened my laptop, and as you can see, I am up late tonight typing the SOD after just completing some homework. I will get better, I claim that in the name of Jesus. Oh yeah, I forgot to give yall a praise report, my auntie Tanya received a recent promotion, so praise God for that. Anyway, continue to keep one another in prayer, thanking God for the victory, and refraining from claiming defeat from the enemy; ALWAYS pray for your desired result, NOT the unfavorable outcome. Do NOT lose sight of God in the midst of adversity, God Bless!

Passage James 3:5-8 (NLT):
"In the same way, the tongue is a small thing that makes grand speeches. But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire. And the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself. People can tame all kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and fish, but no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison."
Ok, so last night we discussed our need to sow the seeds that we already have, rather than asking for new seeds or an increase in the amount of "seeds" we already posses. In Luke 17:5-6, Jesus made two important points, (1) faith is a seed, and (2) the way YOU plant Your seed of faith is by saying it. When faith is spoken into existence, is talks faith NOT fear and unbelief. Therefore, if YOU use YOUR voice of authority in FAITH, the spiritual law says that YOU have the ability in your words to "speak those things that be not as though they were." Jesus tells us that the object that YOU speak to, should be obedient to YOUR words. Luke 17:5-6 says, "The Apostles said to the Lord, "Show us how to increase our faith." The Lord answered, "If you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, 'may you be uprooted and thrown into the sea,' and it would obey you!" So if Jesus is telling us that the object we speak to, should obey the words that we speak in faith even as small as a mustard seed, then what is it that we have been speaking into existence if poverty, marital problems, financial struggle, strife, and drama have increased? Think about it, what is the object that You have been speaking to, and what is it that you have said to this object for it to "obey," resulting in a negative increase? Perhaps you said, "I don't have enough funds to make my monthly payment," and that object met you at your doorstep. Or maybe you had a scratchy throat and made the comment, "I'm getting sick," and that sickness obeyed your words and the virus latched itself to your body. If YOU have faith in the ability of the capabilities God has already given you within, then Faith is the Voice of Authority, and whatever your object may be, YOU have the AUTHORITY in YOUR FAITH-FILLED WORDS to restore, rebuild, reverse, enhance, increase, and/or remove that object in the matchless name of Jesus. Prayer of the Day:
Lord we thank you for your grace and mercy. We thank you for the peace that passeth all understanding. Father God we thank you for the knowledge that satan is a deceiver, and for the ability in our words alone to defeat the enemy. Lord God, we praise your holy name for Tanya's promotion, and for new job opportunities and promotions for those of us seeking new employment and/or career advancement. We thank you for your continued love, grace, and protection. We thank you for the ability to smile when we are hurting. We thank you for revealing what darkness has kept in the shade. We thank you for providing clarity in the midst of satan's confusion. We thank you for the victory over sin, defeat over the enemy, and deliverance from a heavy load of burdens. We thank you for the strength to keep on keeping on, and the power of our words to make the devil flee. We thank you for reversing all the negative and restoring complete positivity into every facet of our lives. We thank you for keeping us filled with the Spirit, that the words that depart our mouth, no longer posses corruption, rather, our words now speak life into every circumstance, and are always acceptable and pleasing in your sight. This is our affirmation of faith, we present this claim in the name of Jesus, Amen!
