Accept His Provision (6/26/13)

Greetings Everyone,
All honor and glory be to God! Hey yall, yesterday I had to go out of town for a medical board, I’m soliciting your prayers that the rulings are in my favor. Additionally, my heart was troubled today, for reasons that shall remain undisclosed. I ask for prayers of strength and peace. I also ask that you will pray for my brother LaKerry Jr.; his concerns are also unspoken, but I ask that you pray for him with urgency as the Spirit leads. Thanks in advance. As we continue to work together to spread God’s Gospel, let us also encourage one another to take steps that lead to a healthy overall mind, body, and soul; TRANSFORM your body, mind, and soul by feeding your body healthy nutrition, and being cautious of what things you allow your eyes, ears, and spirits to be exposed to (e.g. media, books, TV, music, etc.). Have you fed your spirit today? CHANGE BEGINS WITHIN, so START YOUR TRANSFORMATION TODAY, because tomorrow is NOT promised. Continue to keep one another in prayer, thanking God for the victory, and refraining from claiming defeat from the enemy; ALWAYS pray for your desired result, NOT the unfavorable outcomeDo NOT lose sight of God in the midst of adversity. God Bless!

Passage James 3:5-8 (NLT):
"In the same way, the tongue is a small thing that makes grand speeches. But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire. And the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself. People can tame all kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and fish, but no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison."

For Material Needs:
"There is no lack for my God supplieth all of my need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus,” derived from Philippians 4:19. (Capps, 1976, p. 154). Reference: Capps, C. (1976). The Tongue - A Creative Force. Tulsa, Oklahoma: Harrison House.

Philippians 4:19 says, “And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”We can trust that God will always meet our needs. Whatever we need on Earth He will always supply, even if it is the courage to face death as Paul did. Whatever we need in Heaven He will supply. We must remember, however, the difference between our wants and our needs. Most people want to feel good and avoid discomfort or pain. We may not get all that we want. By trusting in Christ, our attitudes and appetites can change from wanting everything to accepting his provision and power to live for Him” (The Life Application Study Bible New International Version. (1991). Philippians Chapter 4 - Footnotes (p. 2154). Wheaton, IL: Tyndale House Publishers, Inc.). The more we fill our spirits with God’s Word, the more we are transformed by the renewing of our minds – our minds will be renewed by the Word of God.

Prayer of the Day:
Father God we thank you for life, health, and strength. We ask for forgiveness of everything that we have thought, said, or did, that was not pleasing in your sight. Father we ask that you will lift up LaKerry Jr. and Tylesha according to your will: mend any broken bonds; deliver them from all heartache and pain; provide a clear and concise revelation of your will for their individual lives; provide them with peace where there is discomfort, and strength in their weakness; guide them to their ultimate destiny according to your Word and your will Father. Place in us discernment to know our needs from our wants. We ask that Jesus will intercede for us and ensure that our prayers are presented to the Lord according to our true need. We thank you for redemption, restoration, deliverance, salvation, and for the ability to reverse the negativity we once spoke into existence. We claim defeat over the enemy, and thank you for our ability to use your Word as the stabilizing force in our lives, to claim and accept the authority to rebuke the rulers of the darkness of this world; through the words of our mouths, we take back everything the devil has stolen from us. We declare now that no weapon formed against us will ever prosper, and we bind every evil and malicious plot, plan, and scheme devised against us. This is our affirmation of faith Father God; we submit our claim to you in the name of Jesus, Amen!

Respectfully,
Tylesha "Tye" Allen
